Job summary

Amgen seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to engage the US medical community in Rare Disease (IgG4). The MD/DE territory covers mid-Atlantic states, with responsibilities to educate on clinical data and support sponsored research.

You will build relationships with key clinicians and scientists and work across functions to meet science-driven goals. The ideal candidate holds a doctoral-level degree with Medical Affairs experience and exceptional communication skills, plus ability

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with Medical Affairs experience.
• Strong communication of clinical data to diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging key opinion leaders in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific liaison to medical community and clinicians.
• Establish and maintain relationships with experts across the US.
• Educate on clinical value, outcomes, and economic data for payers.
• Support investigator-initiated studies and sponsor research.
• Develop local scientific engagement plans and training for speakers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance MSL strategies.
