Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Rare Disease (IgG4) with national coverage including UT and AZ. In this role you will serve as a scientific liaison to the medical community, establishing and maintaining relationships with prominent experts and clinicians while communicating scientific data and the medical value of Amgen therapies.

You will travel up to 60% and collaborate across functional areas to support medical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with medical thought leaders and clinicians.
• Communicate scientific/medical information and commercial value of products.
• Prioritize and adapt in a changing environment.
• Pair customer unmet needs with internal resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support medical strategy.
• Identify and train external speakers on scientific content.
• Participate in national/regional conferences to gather insights.
• Support IITs and company-sponsored trials.
• Monitor competitive trends and provide leadership with insights.
