Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior training in a medical office setting scheduling appointments and handling medical records preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical specialties.
• Experience using scheduling systems and data entry with large data volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site and off-site medical appointments.
• Maintain confidential medical records and enter consultation requests.
• Review medical records and authorization scenarios.
