Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year experience in a medical setting that includes operation of Microsoft Word, Excel, Scheduling systems and other software programs.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer keyboarding skills must be at the 75th percentile.
• Grammar and vocabulary skills must be at the 75th percentile.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments accurately using the scheduling system.
• Communicate with physicians, physician office staff and patients.
• Work cooperatively with hospital departments and personnel; age groups served are primarily adults and seniors.
