Job summary

Rezolut is seeking a full-time remote Medical Records Processor to join our team. The role involves handling requests for medical and billing records from facilities, patients, attorneys, and other entities while maintaining PHI confidentiality.

The position supports a Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule with a pay range of $20.46–$24.65 per hour, and open market coverage across multiple states. Health and retirement benefits are provided, along with paid time off and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• HS/Diploma GED equivalent required.
• Experience handling medical records or release of information is a plus.
• Familiarity with PHI confidentiality requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and process paper and electronic medical and billing records requests.
• Respond to general release requests while protecting PHI.
• Support record retrieval to assist patient care and payment processes.
• Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, scanning, copying, printing and mail.
• Draft communications to patients, payors, and outside entities as needed.
• Monitor and report status of patient concerns and missing information to management.
