Job summary

Rezolut is seeking a full-time remote Medical Records Processor to join our team. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week with a pay range of $20.46 - $24.65 per hour. Open to multiple US markets including MO.

The role involves retrieving and processing medical and billing record requests while maintaining PHI confidentiality. Responsibilities include supporting patient care and payment processes, clerical tasks, timely inquiry responses, and documenting account status.

Qualifications

• HS/Diploma GED equivalent.
• Experience handling medical records preferred.
• Ability to handle PHI securely.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to requests for medical and billing records from facilities, patients, attorneys, or others.
• Document and action accounts accurately in the system.
• Draft communications to patients, representatives, payors, and outside entities as needed.
• Investigate inquiries received by email, phone, or Teams and respond timely.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of PHI at all times.
