• Strong communication and organizational abilities required.

Aufgaben

• Retrieve and process paper and electronic medical and billing record requests.
• Support patients, physicians, attorneys, and facilities while ensuring confidentiality.
• Answer inquiries via email, phone, Teams or other channels and document actions.
• Draft communications to patients and outside entities as needed.
• Provide status updates and report trends to management.
