Job summary

Rezolut is seeking a full-time remote Medical Records Processor to join our team. This role supports requests from medical facilities, patients, and outside entities while maintaining PHI confidentiality. You will manage calls, scans, and communications with high accuracy and drive timely responses.

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week. Open to AL, AZ, CO, CA, FL, ID, LA, MO, NE, OK, TX, UT, VA, & PA markets.

Qualifications

• HS or GED equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy laws is essential.
• Strong organizational skills for handling high volumes of records.
• Experience with PHI confidentiality and medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process paper and electronic medical record requests from facilities, patients and others.
• Perform clerical tasks: answering phones, scanning, printing and mail.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, Teams or other channels.
• Document and action accounts accurately.
• Draft communications to patients, payors and outside entities.
• Report status and trends to management.
