Job summary

Rezolut is seeking a full-time Remote Medical Records Processor to join our team. The position offers Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with a pay range of $20.46–$24.65 per hour. Open to multiple markets across AL, AZ, CO, CA, FL, ID, LA, MO, NE, OK, TX, UT, VA, & PA.

The role retrieves and processes medical and billing record requests, maintains PHI confidentiality, and supports patient care and payment activities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and process medical and billing record requests.
• Support requests from patients and outside entities.
• Answer phones, scan, copy, print and mail.
• Respond to inquiries by email, phone, Teams or other means.
• Document and action accounts accurately.
• Draft communications to patients and payors.
• Report on status and trends to management.
