• Schedule patients for ancillary, surgical, and medical testing/procedures.
• Handle pre-certifications/authorization numbers and insurance info in scheduling systems.
• Inform patients and staff of testing requirements per scheduling module.
• Ensure correct patient records and physician orders are indexed.
• Coordinate with physician offices to ensure timely pre-cert/authorization entries.
