This work-from-home role requires you to live within 60 miles of an HCA hospital and to handle inbound, outbound, and electronic requests for scheduling patient appointments and services.

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Work from home requires high speed internet (60 Mbps down, 15 Mbps up).

Responsabilidades

• Speak with customers, patients and stakeholders.
• Process call handling for inbound and outbound contacts and document in the system.
• Ensure performance and quality standards are met.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers and patients.
• Support the contact center's vision and strategy and escalate issues as needed.
