MedRisk LLC is seeking a Manager of Network Quality & Management to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on clinical quality, network development, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes building trust with clinicians, analyzing performance data, and guiding strategic partnerships across service areas.

The position requires substantial leadership and clinical insight, with significant travel (minimum 25%) and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or BA, BSN, or current RN licensure in NJ; FNP/ACNP preferred
• 6+ years provider relations or clinical nursing experience in direct care or clinical leadership
• 3+ years of team leadership or quality improvement in healthcare
• Proven ability to establish and monitor KPIs; meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to influence action and build consensus across teams
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong organization and project management

Responsabilités

• Develop quality standards and network management strategies to drive clinician engagement and network growth
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clinicians and providers; liaison to understand practice patterns and needs
• Establish clinical quality improvement initiatives and benchmark performance against best practices
• Conduct regular onsite clinical assessments and prioritize visits based on metrics and regulatory indicators
• Represent the organization as a clinical SME in meetings, forums, and conferences; support network expansion
• Lead clinical meetings with providers and advisory committees to drive actionable outcomes
• Monitor and drive improvements in clinical quality metrics and clinician satisfaction
• Oversee provider relations, network contracting, and quality collaboration across teams
• Coordinate with credentialing, bill review, and other departments to address provider issues
