Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Senior Manager of Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training, and quality programs for the Patient Engagement Centers, including support for BPO partners.

The role will partner with IT, clinics/doctors, and operations to deliver effective content, evaluate quality metrics, and shape team culture while ensuring HIPAA compliance and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of People Leadership experience.
• 2+ years relevant experience training in a Call Center environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute training programs.
• Experience with LMS and multiple delivery modalities (self-paced, mobile, instructor-led, e-learning, blended).
• Experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline 360, Cantasia, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, and development for the Patient Engagement Center.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials and modules.
• Oversee quality assurance and coaching for the training team and QA staff.
• Collaborate with IT, clinics, doctors, and operations to ensure content relevance.
• Analyze quality data and scorecards to drive training improvements.
• Partner with BPO leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure excellence.
