Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a high-energy Capital Equipment Sales professional to drive revenue growth in the Cincinnati and broader southern Ohio and neighboring states. You will cultivate relationships with hospital systems, lead competitive sales processes, and own the territory from prospecting to close.

You will operate with autonomy, reporting to leadership and leveraging strong OEM partnerships, imaging equipment lists, and a proven track record in medical imaging sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ year medical imaging equipment sales experience.
• Medical imaging, capital equipment, or medical device sales strongly preferred.
• Proven hunter mentality (cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, asking for the sale).
• Ability to manage a large multi-state territory independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

• Build relationships with hospital systems and healthcare decision-makers.
• Lead competitive sales processes and navigate complex procurement cycles.
