Job summary

Profound-Medical-Inc is seeking a Capital Sales Executive to drive sales of the TULSA-Pro system within a targeted hospital and imaging center network in the Portland area. You will lead from prospecting through contract negotiation, coordinating with physicians, administrators, and purchasing teams to secure capital equipment approvals.

The role requires deep imaging/urology market knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel extensively (approximately 80%).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of the capital procurement process within hospitals or imaging centers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in capital medical equipment sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate market awareness and drive sales of TULSA-Pro within an assigned territory.
• Prospect, evaluate, present, and negotiate with hospitals and imaging centers to secure new installations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead contracts, negotiations, and coordination with administrators and purchasing teams.
