Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for Medical Device Maintenance and Repair Contract Sales. This home-based role covers the Midwest region with up to 50% travel and remote work eligibility.

You will qualify accounts, demonstrate products, quote, and close deals to meet sales quotas across multiple cities in the Midwest. The role requires a BS/BA in business or related field, 3+ years in sales, and strong consultative selling skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field.
• Three years of sales experience in a related field.
• Experience in strategic and complex selling environments.
• Strong problem solving and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative selling ability to translate needs into business benefits.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/quote systems; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales in assigned territory through qualification, product alignment, demonstration, quoting, and closing.
• Interact with clinical/technical customer service during sales process to tailor Draeger solutions.
• Manage sales cycle and meet quotas; provide follow-up and cross-department coordination.
• Implement Draeger sales programs in the territory with oversight from Business Development Director.
• Maintain customer information, prospecting, funnel management, and forecasting.
• Travel up to 50% and work within a distributed sales organization.
