Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for Medical Device Maintenance and Repair Contract Sales. The role covers a wide Midwest territory with remote work and frequent travel.

You will qualify accounts, align products to workflows, demonstrate products, quote, and close deals while coordinating with clinical and technical teams. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, achieving quotas, and supporting accounts per the strategic plan. A B.S./B.A.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA a plus.
• Three years of sales experience in a related field; Clinical sales or applications experience a plus.
• Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and relationship building skills.
• Consultative selling skills (understand customer needs and translate into a business solution).
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work within a matrix sales organization and drive accountability to meet targets.
• Must live within the covered territory and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales through broad-based activities including qualification, workflow alignment, product demonstration, quoting and closing.
• Manage the sales cycle and drive to close; ensure quota attainment.
• Provide account follow-up and support as per strategic plan; coordinate with other departments for customer satisfaction.
• Implement and drive Draeger sales programs in the assigned territory with oversight from the Business Development Director.
• Maintain communication with Customer Support, Service Management and Marketing to share competitive and market information.
