Qualifications

- 2–4 years in a technical support, IT support, or related role.
- Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and remote access technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support focusing on connectivity and interoperability within healthcare information systems.
- Perform investigations, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis using diagnostic tools.
- Support installations, software upgrades, configuration changes, and connectivity projects.
- Document activity and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain compliance with quality, regulatory, and documentation requirements.
