Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a technical support or related IT role.
• Experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive installations and upgrades focusing on connectivity to health IT systems
• Collaborate with pre-sales and post-installation teams to ensure customer success
• Perform remote installation and configuration of software products
• Troubleshoot installation issues
• Provide timely technical support to on-site engineers
• Document customers’ site architecture related to connected products
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction for connectivity installations
• Escalate issues to expert teams
• Develop product knowledge on interoperability, networking, information systems
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements
• Follow Quality Policy and Quality System procedures
• Work flexible schedules and travel occasionally
