Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years Medical Device and/or Hospital Sales.
• Experience calling on Interventional Cardiologists, EPs, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and administrators in the territory.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Negotiation experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships.
• Thorough knowledge of medical device market, products, and customers.
• High work ethic and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Territory management for assigned product lines, achieving sales goals and profitability.
• Develop and execute territory plans by account to increase revenue and secure new business.
• Provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to drive adoption of technologies.
• Maintain existing business and ensure accounts remain contractually compliant.
• Resolve customer concerns with timely investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain CRM data including contacts and pipeline opportunities.
• Target new business using analytical tools and identify key influencers.
