Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking an Account Manager, BMT (Field Sales) to manage relationships with hospital and clinical staff across the Baltimore and West Virginia regions. The role is remote, with expected travel around 25% to the Pittsburgh/Ohio area, and involves driving equipment and consumable sales through strategic account plans.

Responsibilities include leading proposals, coordinating with clinical specialists, and ensuring successful post-sale implementation and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Arts or Science.
• 6+ years Medical Device and/or Hospital Sales.
• Experience selling to Interventional Cardiologists, EPs, Vascular Surgeons, and administrators.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Experienced in negotiation.
• Proven ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of medical device market and customers.
• Work ethic with urgency to accomplish objectives.
• Strong business acumen for targeting key accounts.
• Credibility with clinicians, admins, and physicians in the territory.
• Emotional intelligence to manage schedule and resources.
• Strategic thinker and tactical planner.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory to hit equipment and consumable sales goals.
• Develop and execute territory plans by account to increase revenue.
• Provide quarterly sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to drive adoption of technologies.
• Maintain existing business and ensure contracts are compliant.
• Resolve customer concerns with investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM data including contacts and pipeline.
