The Accounts Payable Associate sits at the interface of clients and our accounting processes, handling invoices, GL coding, vendor setup, and weekly check runs while ensuring audit-friendly records.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures to resolve client AP issues.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Accounts payable experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Perform accounts payable duties accurately and timely.
• Verify cash availability and select payments.
• Code invoices to correct general ledger accounts.
• Generate accounts payable aging reports for clients.
• Notify clients of vendor discrepancies and follow up.
• Resolve inquiries from clients and multiple entities via email/phone.
• Generate use tax reports and submit to the Accounts Payable Analyst.
• Assist with special projects and year-end audit preparation.
• Promote process improvement and use latest industry tech.
