RemX | The Workforce Experts is hiring Medical Customer Service Reps for a fully remote role with equipment pickup in Irving, TX. Pay is $16/hour with weekly pay, full benefits, and paid training. Schedule spans 8 AM–10 PM EST, Monday–Saturday, with a start date projected for October 2026.

Candidates need at least 1 year of call center customer service experience; HS Diploma is required. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, provide information, and follow scripts while multitasking across

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of recent customer service experience in a call center environment.
• HS Diploma/Equivalent is required.
• Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and Modem access is required.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound calls.
• Provide accurate information to the patient and/or healthcare provider.
• Assist callers with information and status of their application.
• Follow a call script.
• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs.
