• Sequence codes according to guidelines and ensure accuracy for billing and reporting
• Monitor coding accuracy and productivity with coding manager
• Perform direct coding for assigned clients and provide coverage
• Lead coding team meetings and mentor staff
• Adhere to Ovation Healthcare policies and privacy rules
• Maintain knowledge of billing requirements and regulatory changes
• Assist with audits and staff training
• Coordinate staff development with coding lead
