Job summary

The ideal candidate will bring AHIMA/AAPC credentials, 5+ years coding experience, and 3+ years of remote people and client management.

Qualifications

• Extensive coding and revenue cycle management knowledge.
• Experience managing employees and clients in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients, coders, and stakeholders.
• Manage onshore and offshore coding resources, including payroll and task assignment.
• Monitor volume and productivity to meet SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Develop and grow coding services, including recruiting and hiring staff.
• Oversee coding quality reviews and middle revenue cycle activities.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client relations.
• Prepare weekly and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and train internal coding staff; enforce SOPs.
