Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, emails, and messages for patients, caregivers, and family members. The role focuses on scheduling, authorizations, portal access, and general inquiries from a home-based setup in California.

The position is part-time (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–12:30 PM) with company-provided equipment and a remote work environment. Experience in healthcare customer service and CRM/EHR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years experience in a high-volume call center.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts in a fast paced call center environment (approx. 75+ calls per day).
• Screen, transfer, resolve and dispose of calls expeditiously.
• Schedule appointments and resolve conflicts or urgent needs per protocols.
• Review, process, schedule and authorize orders; document updates in internal system.
