Qualifications

• Minimum two years of medical billing experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Teams) and automated billing systems.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes with payers, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Interact with insurance plans, clinics, patients and team members as needed.
• Maintain current information on billing practices for payers and SOPs.
• Support daily and monthly revenue cycle processes and reporting.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant medical billing in a virtual team.
• Identify issues and communicate with leadership to improve workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
