Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Review and re-bill audits for accuracy and approvals.
• Contact payer, patient, or location as needed.
• Document work in iWorkQ and patient notes in eIntake.
• Communicate with locations and payers to resolve issues.
• Process adjustments in iWorkQ and changes in eIntake.
• Notify supervisor of payer trends impacting payments.
• Respond to emails within 48 hours.
• Investigate unpaid claims and determine adjustment validity.
