Rotech Healthcare seeks a Billing Collection Generalist to support the Billing Center by completing assigned projects under the Billing Center manager. The role includes direct collaboration with supervisors to ensure efficient handling of billing tasks.

Starting pay is $15 per hour. The position follows a Mon-Fri schedule with 7am-5pm shifts and offers work-from-home after successful in-office training and meeting performance expectations with management approval.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years of related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service background desired.

Responsabilidades

• Review all manual re-billing audits for accuracy and submit to supervisor for approval.
• Contact payer, patient or location as appropriate.
• Document all work in iWorkQ and patient notes in eIntake.
• Work with locations and payers to ensure timely payments.
