Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Billing Collection Generalist for our Billing Center in Indiana. You will complete special projects with the BCM/BCS and ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and payments.

In this role, you will handle re-billing audits, payer communications, and documentation in iWorkQ and eIntake, with a starting pay of $15 per hour. A Monday–Friday schedule applies, with the possibility to work from home after successful in-office training and meeting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in medical field and administrative record management preferred.
• Strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Review manual re-billing audits for accuracy and escalate as needed.
• Contact payer, patient or location as appropriate.
• Document all work in iWorkQ and eIntake.
• Maintain communication with locations and payers.
• Process adjustments in iWorkQ and doctor/insurance changes in eIntake.
