Job summary

You will supervise daily activities, manage resources, and drive performance within a compassionate healthcare team.

The role emphasizes audits, staff development, and proactive communication with payers, while maintaining compliance and quality patient service.

Qualifications

• HD diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 2+ years in billing and collections preferred.
• Knowledge of DME/HME helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Billing Center AR and Collections staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback.
• Assist in audits and investigations as needed.
• Develop staff training plans and performance improvements.
• Communicate updates to staff and manage reports.
