Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Medical Billing & Collections Mail Clerk for our Billing Center (BCC). The role handles mail sorting, check/EOB processing, and deposits in a fast-paced environment, supporting accurate revenue processing.

Requires high school diploma or GED; experience in medical billing preferred and strong English communication. On-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth within a nationwide home healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical billing practices preferred.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and dates stamps incoming mail and UPS packages.
• Receives checks and EOBs and distributes to appropriate departments.
• Verifies and batches original checks and related documents.
• Stamps checks with 'for deposit only' and prepares batches for Bank Management.
• Maintains documentation and supports daily billing reconciliation.
