Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is hiring a Medical Call Center Representative for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client in a remote team. Pay is $16/hr with weekly pay and benefits, and a projected start date in the near term.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, document interactions, process correspondence, and support patient care programs while delivering a positive customer experience. A private, quiet home workspace with wired internet and the ability to work any 8-hour shift Mon-Sat (8

Qualifications

1+ year of RECENT, Call Center Customer Service experience in a high-volume setting.
Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
High-Speed Internet with a wired connection is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including fax and mail.
Contact customers to obtain additional information as needed.
Perform data entry and routine administrative support tasks.
Support patient care programs by following established procedures and guidelines.
Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting program requirements.
