Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Comfortable in a structured remote call center environment.
• Ability to navigate computer systems, enter data accurately, and manage call documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from consumers, enrollees, the public, and authorized representatives.
• Assist with health care marketplace applications, eligibility, enrollment questions, and account updates.
• Document call details and outcomes in required systems.
• Process life events, demographic updates, disenrollment, and special enrollment requests.
• Coordinate materials requests by mail, email, or download; arrange translation services when needed.
• Escalate complex calls to designated staff and participate in meetings and training.
