AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare services program focused on health insurance marketplace assistance. The role handles applications, enrollment, eligibility, and account updates, with paid training and a structured remote environment.

You will join a supportive team, receive guidance during training, and contribute to helping residents access health insurance coverage.

Formación

• Support customers by phone with health insurance marketplace questions, enrollment support, and application updates.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in company systems.
• Follow program procedures, meet attendance expectations, and escalate.
• Work successfully in a remote call center environment with required equipment and reliable connectivity.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience.
• Strong communication, active listening, phone, and customer service skills.
• Accurate data entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Private, quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Personal computer that meets BYOD requirements.
• Webcam required.
• Wired USB headset required. Bluetooth headsets are not permitted.
• Reliable wired home internet required.
• Chromebook and mobile devices are not supported.
• Background check required.
• Must use legal name for all hiring documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, accurate, and courteous service.
• Assist consumers with health insurance applications, enrollment questions, eligibility inquiries, and account updates.
• Process life event changes and update customer information in internal systems.
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately according to program requirements.
• Provide information through phone, email, or mail while following established procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when additional support is needed.
