• Addresses patient portal and EHR messages within established timeframes.
• Communicates with providers or team members regarding patient questions and concerns.
• Processes refill requests based on workflow factors; forwards to provider if necessary.
• Manages provider’s patient portal messages and sorts in EHR inboxes.
