Job summary

Gainwell is seeking a Call Center Representative (Healthcare) to support Oklahoma's Medicaid program in a fully remote role across the United States. You will handle customer calls, research information, document interactions, and deliver accurate, professional service in a fast-paced contact center environment.

The role requires handling back-to-back calls with a focus on quality, productivity, and schedule adherence while protecting patient information under HIPAA and confidentiality

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a high-volume call center or contact center.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, research information, and accurately document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide accurate, professional assistance with healthcare-related questions and services.
• Research customer inquiries using available systems, resources, and job aids to provide timely resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex or unresolved issues when needed.
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence expectations.
• Protect customer information by following HIPAA, privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements while delivering a positive customer experience.
