The ideal candidate has at least two years in customer service and provider enrollment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role.
• Two years of provider enrollment experience is highly desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program.
• Review and process Medicaid and provider enrollment applications per guidelines.
• Use multiple websites to screen and determine compliance with state requirements.
• Perform outreach to providers via phone and email to obtain required documentation for enrollment.
• Work with the client to review and obtain necessary approvals on applications and updates.
