Job summary

RGP seeks a strong Project Manager with Medicaid Regulatory experience for a 6- to 12-month remote project. You will drive health plan operations, analytics, and data governance initiatives with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities include creating and managing project plans, tracking risks, and delivering weekly status updates. This role demands client-facing competence and the ability to operate with limited oversight.

Qualifications

• Independently run multiple workstreams with PM oversight.
• Understand Medicaid regulatory differences and implications.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to drive work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute project plans.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues/risks.
• Proactive stakeholder engagement and management.
• Identify program and project issues and develop mitigation/communication plans.
• Prepare and communicate weekly status reports and meetings.
• Create deliverables and refine content based on stakeholder input.
• Identify and communicate process improvements as applicable.
