Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Medicaid Practice Group - Project Manager in the United States to oversee complex transformation initiatives for state Medicaid and health and human services programs. You will manage project plans, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions across client engagements, working with clients, internal teams, vendors, and senior leaders.

You will help align transformation efforts with broader business goals, maintain momentum, and provide leadership to project teams

Qualifications

• PM experience working with State Medicaid or HHS programs.
• PMP certification from PMI required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day activities of project teams and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project plans and client success and growth workstreams.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to milestones.
• Coordinate with client, internal teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Develop, review, and present project status updates and reports.
• Maintain communication across stakeholders and teams.
• Lead meetings and facilitate decision-making sessions.
• Identify interdependencies and potential impacts early.
• Support integration of workplans into broader engagement plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
