Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Medicaid Clinical Operations team to oversee cross-functional projects focused on clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and business transformation across Medicaid programs.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, mitigate risks, and align projects with organizational goals, reporting to the Associate Director, Program Management and PMO. This role requires collaboration across clinical, operational, technology, compliance, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and at least one PM tool (Planner, Project, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
