Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience from initiation through completion.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and at least one PM tool (e.g., Planner, MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and successful outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate governance processes, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with clinical, operational, technology, compliance, vendor, and business leaders to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation and process improvements to support readiness and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Manage project forecasting, compliance requirements, and adherence to governance practices.
• Leverage best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
