V-Soft Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager/Medicaid Program Administrator (Remote) to lead contract development, governance, and oversight for Medicaid-related initiatives. The role involves coordinating across HIEA, Medicaid, and vendor staff to ensure program goals are met and compliant with applicable regulations.

The position requires experience drafting scopes of work, budgets, and data exchange frameworks, as well as strong cross-unit communication and progress reporting to state

Qualifications

• Contract development, administration, and monitoring experience.
• Budget development, administration, and monitoring experience.
• Experience implementing data governance and data exchange per state and federal regulations.
• Coordinating staffing needs across business units.
• Researching and evaluating vendor solutions for project needs.
• Monitoring and reporting progress per PM tracking/reporting.
• Aligning efforts and ensuring effective communication across business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, execute, and oversee APDs, contracts, MOAs/MOUs/BAAs for the program.
• Coordinate across HIEA, Medicaid, and vendor staff to meet program goals.
• Hold internal program team meetings with project management staff.
• Provide progress reports to state and federal partners.
