Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Medicaid Drug Rebate Supervisor to lead a team of rebate professionals, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations while maintaining CMS compliance. You will oversee day-to-day MDRP operations across Medicaid accounts and drive process improvements.

The role focuses on leadership, service quality, and collaboration with state clients, pharmacy, finance, compliance, and technology teams. Remote work from a home-based setup is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of Medicaid Drug Rebate Operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent pharmacy operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid Drug Rebate Program regulations and CMS requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Medicaid Drug Rebate Analysts and Specialists; manage workload distribution and resource planning; monitor productivity and adherence to procedures; provide coaching and development; conduct performance evaluations.
