Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Drug Rebate Product Manager to drive the strategic direction, development, implementation, and ongoing management of Medicaid Drug Rebate solutions across state programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate regulatory requirements into scalable products, and ensure client satisfaction through lifecycle governance and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Medicaid Drug Rebate Expertise: 10+ years in Medicaid pharmacy programs and rebate processes.
• Product Management & Technology: lifecycle management of complex healthcare tech products.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: proven ability to work with state Medicaid clients and technical teams.
• Implementation and Operational Leadership: experience with large-scale tech implementations and integrations.
• Strategic Leadership and Problem-Solving: strong analytical and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of Medicaid Drug Rebate solutions.
• Experts in Medicaid Drug Rebate Program operations, including rebates, CMS regulations, invoicing, disputes.
• Directs planning and prioritization of enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Partners with state Medicaid clients to align priorities and objectives.
• Provides leadership for new client implementations, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborates with engineering and operations to translate requirements into specs.
• Establishes milestones and performance measures for product initiatives.
• Supports maintenance and operations across existing state clients and improves service delivery.
• Monitors policy changes and industry trends for product impact.
• Identifies and resolves complex product issues with stakeholders.
• Partners with sales and account management to support proposals and expansions.
• Evaluates product performance and market opportunities to develop business cases.
• Maintains strong relationships with stakeholders and Medicaid clients for long-term growth.
• Drives standardization and continuous improvement to increase scalability.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to cross-functional teams.
