Job summary

Model N, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Services for Medicaid Operations. This fully remote role leads the Medicaid practice, partnering with clients and internal teams to drive operational excellence, innovation, and compliance across rebates and contracts.

You will build high-performing teams, shape best practices, and champion change management while guiding strategic client relationships and cross-functional collaborations to deliver client value and business transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with Medicaid agreements and leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive change.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Deep understanding of Medicaid rebates and regulatory requirements.
High accuracy and attention to detail with executive-level deliverables.
Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

Own and develop best-in-class delivery processes for Medicaid operations and client value.
Drive efficiency, change leadership, and best-practice adoption across the group.
Review and approve Medicaid rebate deliverables, contracts, and data in Model N systems.
Lead a high-performing Medicaid operations team with accountability and collaboration.
Grow strategic client relationships and serve as senior escalation point.
