Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior QA Analyst (Drug Rebate) to lead quality strategies for the Medicaid Drug Rebate solution, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure product excellence and process improvement.

The role involves configuring, developing, testing and implementing the drug rebate solution for state clients, maintaining standards across maintenance and operations, and guiding junior team members, with remote options from Contiguous US.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of applying QA principles to Medicaid Drug Rebate processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, testing and defect resolution.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience querying SQL Server and Oracle; understanding data models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholder groups across Pharmacy, POS, Claims, Encounter, Finance, data integration, reporting, IT and operations.
• Develop and maintain QA documentation including quality metrics.
• Evaluate work products to assess quality and report findings.
• Gather and analyze defect metrics data and present findings to management.
• Participate in special projects, audits and QA process improvements.
