Job summary

Prime Therapeutics, Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Rebate Operations Pharmacist to support the Rebate Operations team and clients. The role interprets changes in Federal legislation and their impact on State Medicaid Drug Rebate programs, including DRU reviews and invoicing support.

The candidate must have a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, hold a current pharmacist license, and have 1 year of pharmacy or rebate management experience. Strong analytical and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed to practice in the applicable state(s).
• 1 year work experience in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Rebate Management.
• Subject matter SME for Rebate Operations and claims.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Rebate Operations regarding accuracy of medical and pharmacy claims.
• Support Rebate Operations and clients with quarterly 64.9r reporting and ad hoc reporting.
• Assist pre-invoice claims reviews, adjustments and invoicing activities as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on changes due to Federal legislation and audits.
• Monitor CMS/MDP guidance and advise on changes impacting rebates.
• Serve as main client contact for rebate service inquiries.
