Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in rebate operations, product management, healthcare, or related field.
• Proven experience leading product strategy and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of rebate administration, financial modeling, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to translate market trends and client needs into actionable requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a strategic rebate product roadmap with defined timelines and ROI.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch.
• Conduct market, regulatory, and competitive research to identify opportunities.
