Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Rebate Operations Pharmacist to support clinical pharmacy activities related to Federal and state Medicaid Drug Rebate programs. You will interpret legislation, assist in DRG reviews, and support reporting for multiple clients.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, current pharmacist licensure, and at least 1 year of related work experience. Strong Excel/Word skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

1 year work experience in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Rebate Management
Familiarity with federal/state Medicaid drug rebate programs is a plus
Excellent communication and analytical skills are required

Responsibilities

Act as Subject Matter Expert for Rebate Operations team on accuracy of medical and pharmacy claims
Support rebate reporting, pre-invoice reviews, and invoicing as needed
Work with leadership on federal legislation changes and audits; ensure contractual requirements are met
Monitor CMS and Medicaid Drug Program guidance and recommend changes
Be the main client contact for rebate service inquiries
